La La Land again. Thinking this would be the viewing that would curb my obsession....couldn't be more wrong. I'll like go see it again while on vacation. It's so good.

It is officially the most decorated film in the history of the Golden Globes...winning all 7 awards it was nominated for.

This rocked my world. It delivered on the massive cinematography (would be amazing to see on the big screen), intense, dialogue driven plot, and incredible acting all around. Go into it blind. 20/10

I know what I'm watching tonight.

La La Land

The opening sequence is amongst the most beautiful scene I've watched in years. Nearly had me in tears, and the rest is fantastic.

It gets better with each viewing. This is slowly becoming my favorite film of all time.

True Grit: The remake. A complete masterpiece on every level. So glad it was the Coen's that took this on.

I remember seeing that and thinking how dumb it was that every character sounded so smart. You're uneducated hicks who may or may not be able to read and write, and yet you sound like ****ing Old West Shakespeare? Kinda destroyed suspension of disbelief.

I ****ing hate John Wayne and any generation stupid enough to think he's any better than Sylvester Stallone or Arnold Schwarzenegger (omg aside from missing one "g" I actually spelled that right first try).
