I completely agree, there are so many classic moments in those movies. I'm a huge Madeline Kahn fan...one of the funniest people to ever grace the screen.

Surprised you haven't seen it, you'll love it, or at least every minute that Ian McShane is on screen.

Tucker and Dale vs. Evil

Watched this again for like...the 4th time. And it's fantastic every single time.

Yup. I when I heard they were doing the movie I thought for sure they wouldn't pull it off. But they did and Damon was perfect as the lead.

The Interview (1998)

This rocked my world. It delivered on the massive cinematography (would be amazing to see on the big screen), intense, dialogue driven plot, and incredible acting all around. Go into it blind. 20/10

Just watched this and it rocked mine too. I agree with everything you said. I love movies like this. It kept reminding me of other movies every now and then. The Usual Suspects and Seven being two.

I watched The Interview years ago and remember really liking it, but I had big problems understanding their Australian accents, so I'm sure a lot of crucial information was missed.

I had to turn it up really loud and rewind a few times.

The slang was the only part where I got lost (toe cutters?), I thought it was kinda subtle, but we did have a lot of Aussie kids at college so I guess I'm a little used to it.

Immense film either way, criminally underrated.

Toe cutters is Oz police slang for their internal affairs division (had to look it up).

As did I.

I decided to watch Gremlins again and completely forgot that it's essentially a Christmas movie.

So Die Hard and Gremlins are my two favorite Christmas movies.
