Why is it that bending over and coughing is the movie/TV shorthand for throwing up? I've thrown up many a time and one thing I generally don't do during is cough. I'm not even sure how this became a thing as somebody would have had to cough and then vomit for anybody to think that it would be a good replacement for actual vomiting. Who was this person? Why did they cough and then vomit? Man, I don't know.

I just watched "The Slams" lol, pretty entertaining 70's prison movie with the one and only Jim Brown. Pretty brutal movie too, one guy gets his limbs ripped apart in a cement truck (he had it coming though) and another guy had this liquid metal stuff poured all over his face.

Definitely not as cheesy as the trailer makes it seem, the trailer makes it look like any other blaxpotation film. Some action movies I can find quite boring but this one gets my recommendation.

Default SPOILER ALERT For The Film 'Upgrade'

Spoiler for SPOILER ALERT:
I watched "Upgrade." Is the ending supposed to posit the imposition of multiple timelines?

What he did was inexcusable, but he makes good movies and he's good at sexy times as long as he keeps his pants on and makes a movie instead.

Fear and Loathing. Never a better second-hand high I've gotten through a TV screen.

On a lighter note I think I want to learn more about Hunter S. Thompson.

^Probably better than the movie I just finished watching

Gave it a shot just because. Wasn't worth it. It's kind of like Atomic Blonde, only a bit better put together but still dull and a pain to get through.

It just dawned on me that I don't think I've ever liked one single spy movie.

When I look at that pic all I think is, Jennifer Lawrence starring Jennifer Lawrence as Jennifer Lawrence.

She kinda plays the same role in every movie. Only one that I've seen so far where she was a bit more fun and less pouty and stone faced was American Hustle.
