i actually had a conversation about that with someone awhile ago who said they loved dave mustaine.

Aww... such innocence! Although, in the case of Mustaine, some albums make it hard to avoid realizing he's a nutjob. Just listen to the lyrics. There's a song on Super Collider where a short ramble in the middle of the song has Mustaine blaming alzheimer's on a vaccine?

At least that's what it sound like. Either way, he's got plenty of scaremongering right wing nuttery going on all over both the United Abominations album and the Dystopia album.

He's one of the reasons why I never seek out interviews with artists I like. I don't really want to know what they're like behind the music. I'd rather stay ignorant and hold on to the positive image formed by their awesome music.

Still not sure if I actually watched this movie, or if it was all just a bizarre food poisoning induced fever dream that I had. The fact that it was a '70s Anime that inexplicably received a great and perfectly fitting '80s English dub only reinforces my belief that it was nothing more than a hallucination. But either way, 10/10.

Giant brains in space. Tits that set off nuclear bombs. Cameos from Napoleon, Laozi, Hitler, and The ****ing Justice League. Characters weaving in and out of paintings and reliefs, and running around M.C. Escher environments. Something about clones and immortality. I just don't even....

It's not a movie that I would watch over and over again, but it has its moments. It's worth seeing at least once.

[MERIT] Guest Posts: n/a	Spoiler for SPOLIERS / DISCUSSION: This film was a huge letdown for me. I'm a fan of the original "Death Wish" series. This film fails to carry on that legacy in any good measurable way. I had high hopes, as the guy playing Paul Kersey [the main character] is a dead ringer for Charles Bronson. But every time he talks, he sounds like he's half fucking retarded. Bronson played the character as a man of few words, but this is just ridiculous. And there is barely any story line to follow. And the story that is there, is either lame or over the top. You get the typical bad guys using guns that never run out of ammo. They have full auto Uzis and miss every time, but Kersey, with his 6-round revolver, is a stone cold killer LOL. They also plugged in one of the lesser Baldwin brothers to try to give the movie some credibility, which is a big fail. Last edited by [MERIT]; 01-06-2019 at 07:23 PM.
