Did the theater crowd lose theirs? Love when that happens at a movie.

Yup. The loudest was for Black Panther though.

Karate Kid when it was first released. Theater exploded when Daniel landed that kick at the end. Closest I ever got to that was The Hangover. Never heard an entire crowd laugh so freaking hard.

Thanos rapes Iron Man and makes the Hulk watch. It could've been a lot more tasteful tbh.

Spoiler for spoilers:
Iron Man dies.

Captain America goes back in time and marries that British chick from the first movie and then he shows up at the end as an old man.

In the adjusted for inflation list every “film” in the top 50 biggest all time budgets in either bad or very bad. Is there any hope that a gigantic budget will ever be allotted to an intelligent plot?

I like Spiderman 2 and the Harry Potter movie has a cool aesthetic (not a great film though).

I think that it's because the more expensive the film is, the more producers you have in control of the outcome to get the best ROI on the movie. That leads them to catering to the lowest common denominator and making middling yet entertaining movies because making something exceptional typically requires some risk taking.

It bodes ill for a list when Van Helsing is easily the best movie on it
