Midway was decent but the battle scenes were spectacular. I never knew the tension of a dive bomber closing in on its target with flak exploding all around was one of the best things a war movie could produce. Aircraft carriers exploding are pretty wizard as well. Also the main character's name is Dick Best, which is also "Best, Dick".
