Wish I'd seen Hereditary in theaters. Midsommar was a birthday gift and easily my favorite. Compliments my favorite album of the year, Haunted Gardens, in a weird way and both reminded me of my flower fetish. I went through a phase where I'd make people draw me flowers.

I really don't understand why so many people dislike the Friday the 13th reboot cause 80s slashers suck basically by design but the reboot legit goes hard.

I very much agree, though I think Hereditary barely wins out for me. I’ve heard there’s a director’s cut of Midsommar that’s like 3 hours long or something, I would love to see that. Wonder if my opinion would change

Agree, I think it’s fun. It’s interesting to me that this movie gets hated on whereas people seemed to like Halloween 2018. I honestly think I preferred the Friday reboot

Nah I liked the Halloween reboot better even with the retarded beginning with kid Michael. It was more fun, had a few actual memorable characters, and Michael was an absolute beast.
