Watched it after reading this. Have been meaning to for some time now. The movie rocks.

See How They Run

If Knives Out showed the world how a whodunit done in a Wes Anderson-ish style could be great, this movie shows the world how lame that formula can be in the wrong hands. Easily one of the worst movies I've seen in 2022, doubly so because of the wasted potential of the excellent cast.

One of my favorites of the year, this movie kicks ass.

I've been going hard on 2022 movies and been keeping a running list, here's where it's at now. I only have a few more standouts left to see:

20. Incantation - Kevin Ko
19. Decision to Leave - Park Chan-wook
18. Bodies Bodies Bodies - Halina Reijn
17. Smile - Parker Finn
16. Everything Everywhere All At Once - Daniel Scheinert, Daniel Kwan
15. Barbarian - Zach Cregger
14. Avatar: The Way of Water - James Cameron
13. Pearl - Ti West
12. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever - Ryan Coogler
11. Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero - Tetsuro Kodama
10. The Banshees of Inisherin - Martin McDonaugh
9. The Whale - Darren Aronofsky
8. Top Gun: Maverick - Joseph Kosinski
7. Glass Onion - Rian Johnson
6. The Batman - Matt Reeves
5. RRR - S. S. Rajamouli
4. The Menu - Mark Mylod
3. Triangle of Sadness - Ruben Östlund
2. Nope - Jordan Peele
1. The Northman - Robert Eggers

Definitely on my watch list, it is weirdly hard to find though. I think I could watch it right now but I have to buy it for $20?
