I spend more time watching Food Network than anything else other than baseball, so naturally I loved this movie...

Knocked Up

Your favorite movies:

GREEN = I love it
BLACK = I like it
RED = yucky
BLUE = haven't seen it

There's too much blue for my liking but there's also a lot of green. The only films out of your top 10 I didn't like was Gran Torino, utter bollocks. Not seen Alien yet, although I've owned it since the summer of 2006. :laughing:

What didn't you like about Gran Torino?

Just watch Alien already, easily my favorite "old" film.

A lot of those blue-marked movies are in my NetFlix queue: A Clockwork Orange, Heat, Mulholland Drive, and Sin City. Technically I've seen part of the Green Mile, and I have Kill Bill V2 sitting around here on VHS somewhere... :laughing:

Different than most of the movies I watch, but hey I enjoyed it...

I went to the cinema with a date and I wanted to watch the film but she kept distracting me. But from what I saw it was fucking awful. Guy catches someone trying to steal his car then he employs him. It just didn't appeal to me. I may rewatch it where it can have my undivided time, I can't really comment on how well it was made because I was only half watching it.

A Clockwork Orange and Mulholland Drive are must watch! :D as is Kill Bill vol 2, you need to watch vol 2 before vol 3 comes out! You have about 3 or 4 years yet though.

Brilliant, almost poetic at times. Really interesting characters as well and the relationships between them.

Haven't been in this thread in a while, as I've been mostly watching series like Weeds, The Wire, Mad Men, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, etc. instead of movies. But the other night I watched Max Payne (unrated director's cut), and I actually enjoyed it quite a bit.
