Why not, it basically removed the brain from my skull and dipped it in a vat of liquified dreams and let it dry for a moment while it all sunk in and left the organ with a very light and phosphorescent glaze before returning it to my skull with the new ability to freely and smoothly twirl around releasing the dreams throughout my entire nervous system

You should go watch Serial Experminents Lain. It's not a movie but I'm pretty sure it'll drain the sanity from your brain and use it for finger painting.
