^ I've been wanting to see that practically all year too. Mark Kermode liked it too, which 9 times out of 10 is a pretty good sign.

I bought Arrested Development season 3 recently, completing my collection

Also, I got the first season of Heroes, which turned out to be a decent purchase.

both the Damned Utd and Let the Right One In are easily the best new films I've seen this year. It is good to see a talented character actor like Michael Sheen getting the right gigs. 'LTROI' in particular choked me up and blew me away simultaneously, so i was just this sobbing bloodied heap on the floor by the end of it, but in a nice way... you know in the US, rather than give this film proper distribution, they just shoveled out the cash to get moving on the remake. I ask you... what the hell? Everybody see that film now and prove to Hollywood that you aren't the culture-shy muppets they have decided to take you for

Tropic Thunder.

This movie succeeded because it managed to remain consistently funny. I wasn't always rolling on the floor, but I was always amused.

My teacher just announced that we will be watching this - I'm so anticipating it. My English class is focused around ghosts and the paranormal, so this film sounds perfect.
