Not bad at all JH...have you seen Daybreakers? I'm very interested in seeing it, but haven't heard good things. Let me know!

Also, if someone wants to buy me the remastered version of Metropolis, I won't be offended. Or the 4 disc collectors edition of Dawn of the Dead. Or the entire original series Twilight Zone. Really.

Daybreakers certainly had it's faults story wise but it had some really great scenes as well as great production design and some of the cinematography was really good. It lacked a real standout character but I still thought it was half decent.

Bought:

Hard Luck
Missionary Man
Number One Girl
Lost seasons 1, 2 and 3
Auf Wiedersehen Pet Series One
Al Murray Live
Johnny Vegas Live

Moar! Well my kids got a new HD 32" T.V between them, my eldest got an iphone and the youngest video games for Christmas so I spent a little more today in the sales before my money runs out!

The I.T Crowd series 1 and 2
Saw VI (yes I know it's crap but I have the rest so may as well complete the collection)
The Shining (I am not the biggest fan of this but I haven't seen it for years and it was only £2 so why not?)
The Exorcist (My Copy went walkabout a while ago)
The Departed (it's a slightly bloated film but at £3 for a 2 disc set I thought why not!)

Just got a bunch of great movies for Christmas.

I've only watched Princess Mononoke so far (and Spirited Away a really long time ago) but I'm really excited to see the rest.

^^

Generally excellent package there. Princess Mononoke is superb and you have Kurosawa and Scorsese at their best

I have been after this for a while as the 2 disc version seems to be disappearing from shops and has a making of that I'm very interested in seeing as this film cost around £45 and I thoroughly enjoyed the first viewing.

One of the most original Zombie films I have seen. Thought provoking and dare I say it? Imbued with tenderness.
