Well maybe but the film did have a number of great songs and can you name any other film that has a transgender mad scientist this cool!?

You cant, plus Meat Loaf is in it. My personal favorite charcter is Riff-Raff

I mean just how the film opens with those big red lips singing, as soon as you see that you know this movie will be something different

I've always been too freaked out by Rocky Horror Picture Show to watch it.
I think this is a cult film even though its a documentary

What exactly defines cult movies though? There are as many genres as there are in music:

Italian Giallos.
Mondo films.
Post Apocalyptic.
Psychotronic.
Exploitation (inc. Sexploitation, Nunsploitation, Blaxploitation)
Pinky Violence.
Grindhouse Trash.
