Very very few comedians are side splittingly funny. Nuanced performances are everybit as funny as a one liner.

Tommy Cooper was funny to me but they were just not funny.
I guess they were for a generation who enjoyed dance and theatre comedy but to me it is just so obvious and they just danced badly while someone danced well and that was meant to crack us up.

All of mine have been said. Mencia is ****ing terrible. I dont know how he has a carrear. Cook is just plain bad.

And for some reason or another most women comedians are not funny. I dont know why (and ladies do not jump down my throat, nothing against women) but they just seem to usually try to hard and come across as boring.
