It's not that short actually.
I just bust through games in all nighters.

^Im the same way. I beat both Fable II and Fable III in like...2 weeks, for both. Fable II took a couple days, and Fable III took longer only because I hadn't been playing games too often.

Ah cool, had me worried for a sec that it was turning into a "traditional FPS" for a sec!

Fable III took me about six hours, biggest disappointment for me of 2010.

I wouldn't say it was disappointing. It had it's moments. But Fable II was definitely better than the three games. People like to say the The Lost Chapters was better, I can't say I agree, sure TLC had it's moments, but the difference of gameplay between Fable I and Fable II is like comparing meat and vegetables..

Fable > Fable III > Fable II

I actually felt that BioShock 2 improved on the first game in several key ways (hacking, research) without messing up anything that worked in the first game. The story just wasn't as good.

Infinite should be good.

The story is what I didn't like as much, and that counts a lot.

I will admit, though, the hacking was a hundred times better in Bioshock 2.
I'm definitely looking forward to Infinite, though.

Also, I've spent hours playing X-Men Arcade today.
It's so much fun.

I first played this in 2007 when it had just come out but found it hard to play because of the TV I was using at the time. It was only 13 inches so some of the text and map were hard to read. Now that I've got a much larger TV to use for gaming I am finding that I continue to have the same problems that I had when I first played it and that problem is I am a crappy assassin. It doesn't matter how careful I try to be, I always get spotted right before I try and kill my target and end up having to finish the target off in a duel. I never really had this problem in other stealth games like Hitman: Blood Money or Splinter Cell: Double Agent but I suppose if you strip me of all the cool weapons and gadgets of the 21st century and plonk me in the 12th century Holy Land it's to be expected. Not that the citizens seem too bothered by my actions, but it makes me feel less accomplished. Still the free running is a lot of fun and incredibly exhilarating after you've completed your hit and have to run back to your bureau with crusaders on your ass. I also have a bit more of an appreciation for the story at this later date than I did when it first came out, but I still have no love for the tedious pickpocketing, eavesdropping, save citizen, and observation quests that make up 95% of the game. Still I think I will finish it this time and move on to Assassin's Creed II and eventually that new DLC disguised as a full game.

Assassin's Creed II is truly brilliant and a gem of the genre, like Batman : Arkham Asylum also is. If you think Assassin's Creed is flawed, don't let it put you off trying number two. :)
