I drooled watching some gameplay on YT of GTA5. My computer isn't powerful enough to play it, though.

The game scales pretty well. You might be able to run it with low settings.

I just run Normal Textures and minimum draw distance so I can utilize my 144hz(fps) monitor. Online also saps like 20fps from me for some reason.

I'll be buying a new PC sometime this year, and I'll make sure it has the proper specs. Starting to get into gaming more now that I have a Steam account.

GTA:V is on sale today on Steam so I bought it, even though I've not got the PC specs yet to run it. Will remedy that this summer.
