I'm about 2/3 of the way through GTA4 and I just started playing Resident Evil 5, and I'm not impressed, it's ok.

This week I've been playing GTA Chinatown Wars, non-stop. The only real downside to it, is that on DS, so there are fewer buttons to play with, and the camera views aren't always on point. It's difficult sometimes. Either way, it's definitely a great game.

Neutral is the way to go in that game, especially when you're a high enough level to get the Impartial Meditation Perk, +30 points in speech as long as you stay neutral. Does high speech give you any extra dialogue options? Or does it just raise your success percentage?

It does open up some more dialogue options for select characters, but mostly it's just gives you automatic successes, but it's great because you can jack up your rewards, so instead of getting 200 caps, you can get 500 caps and so on and so forth.
