You ever read that sandman omni i sent you? I agree theyre way to clunky to read comfortably. Even my Fables hardbacks are annoying since i do most of my reading in bed. Floppy softcovers > all

ey DWV you're a Vertigo guy right? Ever read DMZ? In the near future there's a new American civil war between the US government and the "Free States" and there's a new cease fire with both sides staring at each other across the Hudson River with the island of Manhattan as a no man's land hellhole between them and the main character is part of a news team sent in for the first time since the conflict started to show what life is like in this bombed out garbage heap. I've read a bit of it a while back but now I'm collecting the trades and it's amazing **** I imagine you'd love if you haven't read it already.
