There's this animated show called Teen Titans. One of the characters (Cyborg) almost always says Booyah. It's like his way of saying 'Yes' and pump his fist at the air.

It spanned for about 4 episodes.
Her dad froze time and the other titans. He also reset time so raven remained a kid and never met the other Titans. Robin somehow mangaes to save her and when she grows up all over again she's Raven just more powerful. She was wearing that white cape and suit.

And that's it.
