'the prisoner' was one of the absolute greatest tv shows ever, bar none.

for those interested it was a secret agent series from the mid 60s that lasted one season (there was also had a movie to finish up the story if i remember correctly).

it's too bad mcgoohan's influence and talent was all but lost on modern producers.

there's a remake in the works but i wouldn't be surprised to see the originals getting more exposure due to the attention mcgoohan's death is generating. it's really worth checking out if you get the chance.
