Well I've finished the first season and I don't think I'm gonna continue. There is not a single likeable character in there. It's a show about a bunch of assholes who keep screwing each other over. Probably a realistic depiction of politics, but no thanks.

It's called politics.
For gentler fare, try Yes Minister, or if you like your politicians shouty, The Thick of it.
