I've never heard of that one but Andy Serkis and Ray Winstone definitely make it sound appealing to me!

i couldn't find a clip, but seeing Judge Dredd on TV for the five millionth time the other week I noticed that Ian cameo'd as the weapons shopkeeper who gets capped by Dredd's brother. He had some great lines too, very funny.
i also read in an interview with Serkis that apparently Dury was a bit of a prick. Just sayin'.
