Bridget Jones' Diary, when she's hanging out at home by herself moping, drinking an entire bottle of vodka, & singing 'All By Myself' at the top her her lungs until she falls off the couch. I think it's the title scene.

Bumped because I just thought of another one...

^ I was watching this for the umpteenth time and thought of this thread just now. The whole film's a triumph of competent screenwriting and acting, but the ending here really stands out. One of the most moving scenes I've ever watched (goes without saying that it works a lot better if you've seen the rest of the film though).
