The day has come when game consoles are no longer viewed as toy's but forms of entertainment systems the same as a DVD player,stereo, TV or whatever and to write it off as a simple toy is moronic. How is making a violent game for the wii innovative? I have more violent games on my 360 then Mario has gold stars and just as many family oriented games too. And there is no contradiction if you're referring to Nintendo's amazingly boring games series because that is boring, they could atleast have to decency to pump some fresh juice in that dead horse like Capcom did with RE4. Also you know I wasn't referring to fantasy games because no shit that isn't possible but it is possible to go out once in awhile and play some real sports. And Master Chief is actually viewed as a modern gaming icon, sorry you didn't get that memo. =\
