Well, I'm part latino by some definitions I guess, and my complexion is much lighter than a Hawaiian. But if you're looking for Disney movies with latinos, the Emperor's New Groove is probably the closest thing.

I guess it can be the closest ... tho there's no women in that movie, nor the sequel ...

Really? I didn't know that. It's actually one of the few Disney movies I haven't seen.

I only watch the series on the Disney channel, cause it's one of the rare ones that has some sense of humor. So was searching for Malina in the movie profile and it seems she was only added as a love interest in the series.

Now thinking about it, she doesn't really have a role in the series, cause they don't fall in love or even get closer. I guess little girls wanted to identify with someone, or something like that.

Yes there's a woman, it's the evil woman who turns Cusco into a llama. And, since she becomes queen for a while, she's technically royalty as well. There you are!
