Yes that's a very good example. I watched one about a doctor in the UK who was killing hundreds of people, mainly elderly.

An excellent BBC documentary about the late, great Frank Zappa (made while he was still alive) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any Zappa fan...

'About a son'
in my opinion it's the best documentary about Nirvana, basically cause' it's about Kurt life instead of his DEATH. i've seen it even before i was a nirvana fan and liked it. now i kinda know every line in it by heart... it's genius

I just saw it a couple months ago, I did watch the whole thing alternating between anger and revulsion & even a moment of LOL (The scene where they bring out a cardboard cutout of George W Bush). It's a painful watch but an important one IMO.

This is 45 minutes, I consider it well spent (from "The Bible Reloaded")

If anyone knows any decent documentaries on Northern Ireland (Troubles & Catholic/Protestant communities) link them up. Been watching a lot of stuff on this recently, it's fascinating. There was a good one the BBC did where they had some Catholic girl go on an Orange parade. I've seen the obvious ones e.g. Ross Kemp, some of the Vice ones etc.

I also saw a really good one about Chernobyl, I had no idea how serious it was, for Europe in general, and the people who exposed themselves to large amounts of radiation to stop a second explosion.

Anything on WW2, not so much the politics but what it was like for civilians and of course stuff on the Holocaust. Night Will Fall is still the best thing I've seen on that.

I also recently enjoyed a documentary on the Washington Sniper. Mental.

I think I spoke to you before about Harold Shipman, did you ever get a chance to watch that documentary?

As much as I really like Jiro Dreams of Sushi, I can't finish it. It makes me too hungry...
