Geordie Shore
 

Jersey and Newcastle, England. I may never have been to Jersey, but I struggle to imagine there are all that many similarities between these two places. Well, now there is one.

Now, for those who may not be aware, a Geordie is an individual from Newcastle upon Tyne in the North East of England. The neighbouring city to Newcastle, is named Sunderland, and the people who live there are referred to as "Mackems".

I live roughly somewhere inbetween these two cities, and was born in Sunderland.

We mackems love to rival the Geordies. Their city is without a doubt the bigger, better, and more historically significant city, so we are somewhat of an underdog. I actually love Newcastle but will often swear on all I have and stand for, to hating it.

It is this underlying love of Newcastle, that makes even me unable to laugh at this.

THIS is Geordie Shore!

I think every country has people like that! The last girl was hilarious - "I'm fit, I'm flirty and I've got double F's" :laughing:

I like to think I don't have it in me to strike a woman, but if I did...

especially since we were talking about remakes even though this is like a spin off but w/e

Why is it that they hold the males to such high standards but the females are just like 6s and 7s?

I think they all look pretty repulsive, but to be honest I thought the Geordie lasses they would have chosen for this show would be a hell of a lot rougher than they appear to be.

Welcome to England, where the loudest females are the average girls, while the absolute stunners have a quiet grace and dignity (and low self esteem because alot of the guys like you see on the Geordie Shore [I'm pretty sure there isnt a shore in Newcastle] are too self involved or too self conscious and scared of rejection themselves that they wont approach the stunners).

This show will be shít. Worse than Jersey Shore definitely.

Next it'll be a scottish one.....or australian.

I'm in the lab without headphones so I don't have audio... but I'll say those girls are way hotter than the Jersey Shore girls... It never made any damn sense to me why they would cast 4 extremely ripped, good looking guys for Jersey Shore, but not cast any hott girls.

hmm different strokes for different folks but those girls aren't that hot imo.

You don't think they are more attractive than chunky and ugly Snookie and Deena?
