Not my first, but the first one I can really remember is The Patriot. Probably because it was the first R-rated film I was allowed to see.

Up In Smoke- My parents were pretty laid back and they would let me watch just about anything. Showing my age on this one, but thats ok.

It was either Star Wars or Pete's Dragon. They came out the same year and I was only 2 at the time, so not entirely sure which one we saw first.

I don't recall, but I do remember it was hell trying to get the projectionist and the lady playing the piano to do so in synch! Damn was I glad when talkies arrived, though I still don't think they'll catch on.... 3D? Huh? Wassat?
