I think Carl with kill his father and become the group leader. Then he will make everyone work twice as much while giving them half the food. Then he will start to procreate with all the women, repopulating the world as we know it.

Carl is the most boss one on the show anyway. Daryl can be his wingman.

Spoiler for because:
Interesting episode last night, completely took me by surprise. We get to see a different side of the Governor but I'm still very weary of that guy. It was weird to actually feel sympathy for him and respect after he defended that little girl in one of those zombie trap hole things. I wonder if the next few episodes will focus on his redemption.

Spoiler for ummmm:
I don't think they really showed a different side of him. They showed how he could be nice, caring and sympathetic before when he was in Woodbury. Also he can't be redeemed. He has done way too much to come back from the brink. He just has a split personality thing going on where one side he's okay and on the other side he will flip like a switch and be corrupt and evil. Also the only reason he connected with the little girl was because she reminded him of his own little girl. Penny I believe her name was.

Spoiler for kjansfaf:
I kinda forgot about that, though at Woodbury it seemed disengenuous and manipulative. He did like Andrea though (****ing bitch I hate her so much she was waaaay better in the comics).

It's hard to tell if he's really a sociopath. One of the first things he says in the episode is that he lost touch with his followers and things got outta hand- he seemed really remorseful. He didn't admit that he was that leader though. It seems like he's legitimately concerned for the group when that pack of zombies showed up (what happened to the other girls!?!!). And yeah, the daughter thing definitely makes sense but that doesn't make it any less real. It's too early to tell whether he's just manipulating this group too or if he's gonna have a psychotic break. I do agree that he's beyond redemption but I don't think that's gonna stop him from trying. Other theory: He's gonna make another attempt at the prison and end up killing one or more of newer characters.

Spoiler for You know:
The entire episode I was waiting for him to flip his **** and kill them all. I have a feeling that at some point it's going to end up just being him and the little girl left in the group. The sisters are fairly useless. I think he's absolutely a sociopath, I don't think he was remorseful for what he did but rather mourning his loss of power.

Spoiler for spoilz:
Wow. I don't think watching a character on a tv show die has ever been so satisfying. **** the governor, that girlfriend of his shoulda left him for the walkers. And poor Hershel... what a heart wrench to see him go like that. It was cool of them to make a few more nods to the comic series, for a while it had gone off on it's own rails. Not a bad thing, just a nice treat for the readers.

Also, NO NEW EPS TIL FEBRUARY!??!!

No one is talking about this show anymore?
Spoiler for fanboy sploosh and spoilz:

Last night's episode was one of the most intense of the season. Carol has always been one of if not my absolute favorite characters. I was horrified when they let her go and ecstatic to see her back. I really respect her growth from a timid, fragile, and submissive housewife to a strong, powerful, and wise leader. After everything she's been through she always managed to maintain a sense of pragmatism and has been a voice of wisdom and guidance to the other leaders as well as the newcomers and their children. I hope she manages to keep her strengths and wits after doing what she did last night.
