I liked her in Inception, so I'll give her that.

Good for her for coming out.

Frankly,

Never been fond of her movies.

The one were she plays a teen who fukcs up a sexual predator (I think it was called Hard Candy) was okay. The other ones I've *seen*.... meh.

I like Ellen Page a lot, but I don't think she always gets the best roles. Because of her youthful looks and lippy attitude she usually ends up as rather cliche teen characters. I remember her own self voicing her frustration at this, I can kinda relate to her as she is the same age as me but would easily be mistaken for a 16 year old. I hate that shit. Loved her in Hard Candy, Inception was a great movie regardless of her individual performance. But Juno, Whip It... not really a fan.

As an actress she's fine, but in the one interview view I've ever heard with her she came off as pretty annoying. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

oh Ellen. How you come out, and the entire world just says "see, I told you!". Her speech was great and all, but I think everybody saw it coming. I remember when it happened, and everyone I knew was posting about how they called it. I do not think anyone was shocked to learn she is a lesbian.
