The Official Youtubers Thread

So, I assume i'm not the only person here that has subscribed to more than a few people on Youtube to watch their videos on a semi daily basis. I think it's far more entertaining than sitting down and watching TV in some cases. If you do subscribe to some, who are your favorites / regular viewed?

Lately, i've been watching a lot of Binding of Isaac: Rebirth videos by Northernlion. There's something about his relaxing voice and the fact that I absolutely love Binding of Isaac that makes it very enjoyable. Plus, he's been making the videos for a while, so there's a large backlog of videos to watch. It's pretty much what i've been doing in my free time for the last few weeks.

not a lot of veggie friendly stuff but I've managed to make a few adaptations- the best of which from his recipe for stuffed acorn squash. I'll post it in the foodbox.

Completely foofy, a little too much so for me, but I have to admit it's pretty interesting what they come up with sometimes and how they make certain things.

My favourite Hip Hop based channel by far. Four/five guys with different perspectives.

And my favourite wrestling based discussion channel. Love the way the guy puts across his thoughts.

I watch Fantanos reviews sometimes as I've seen all of the guys vids who does the smooth jazz Metallica and death metal Miley Cyrus parodies.

Lord Fantano and I have very different tastes in music and we seem to disagree on releases more often than not but I still watch his videos all of the time. I like the way he listens to music, I like how enthusiastic he is about releases he truly enjoys, the way he describes them, and the way he structures his videos. I've yet to come across a reviewer I enjoy more.

I used to follow DLoaw's instrumental hip-hop channel on a daily basis back when I was first discovering that genre. I watch a lot of VICE / Noisey videos. And I follow a handful of science / technology channels.

Fantano is awesome and I've been a subscriber for many years, but I just don't find myself caring about most of the stuff he discusses. Back in the day, I never knew any of the artists he talked about. But now I find myself having already decided upon listening to he albums he reviews in general.

So I usually just check out his reviews of the albums I like or ones I've not heard of.

with so many fantano fans around will Botanist's new album sneak its way into MB year end lists??
