I think Russell Brand is brilliant in Messiah Complex -- and I like the way he can laugh at himself.

Youtube is full of his standups and whatnot, one more offensive than the other, so maybe I won't link to anything, you can find it easily. No topic is off limits for him, but he's an equal opportunity offender and out of all groups he makes fun of, he mocks the Scottish the most.
