Well we do, but I feel bad for the people (mainly bob) who have already chosen films but have to wait!

Comment order.

No worries on my part James :)

I was just trying to suggest a very thought provoking film that also would spark conversation about filming style

I've already watched it and would watch it again whenever I come up :)

Okay so we'll go with Goofle's pick then, as he is next on the list. The 1973 film 'Paper Moon'.

As P.T. Barnum put it, "There's a sucker born every minute."

'During the Great Depression, a con man finds himself saddled with a young girl who may or may not be his daughter, and the two forge an unlikely partnership.'

I haven't seen this film, and I'm excited to check it out. Here's some snippets of criticism.

'A charming mixture of Hawksian comedy and Fordian lyricism.'
Geoff Andrew, Timeout

'I wonder how many moviegoers will be prepared for the astonishing confidence and depth that Tatum brings to what's really the starring role.'
Roger Ebert

'Has the Depression ever been this much fun?'
Christopher Null, filmcritic.com

Just watched this about two months ago but I honestly can't remember most of it. I'll be happy to rewatch this.

Also, James, you're in charge of letting me know when it's my turn to pick a film because I'm very confused on the "order" now.

Okay, nevermind.

So, when is the thread going up and when is the time frame to see and discuss the film?

I'll be honest guys, this is not organized well at all.

Sorry, I suck. I'll make the thread now. I'll get better as we go along!
