This film was so over the place. Some parts were great and really entertaining and other parts were simply baffling.

If someone had asked me what I thought of the film half way in I would have said good, but after the full viewing it just sputters to a halt by the end.

Weird film.

To add, the film did very much come off like market-research based fan service. I'd prefer a director who has some balls.

I saw it last Monday with my (new) boyfriend. It was incredible. Magnificent cinematography. And BB-8 is so precious! Loved it.

That was my prediction for the film and why i didn't buy into the star wars hype. I still haven't seen it but ive been reading alot of ppl were disappointed by it. my only motivation to watch it is the fact that everybody has watched it, it's f*ckin ridiculous how its hype makes you feel you have some sorta obligation to watch the film just cause it's a new star wars. that's how powerful the brand name of star wars has become despite the fact that the 3 previous films were also over hyped as sh*t and also didn't deliver.

Here's what you should do: shut the **** up, go see the movie, and come out of it with your own opinion instead of reading other people's opinions and letting that dictate your opinion of the movie
