Dude just always amazes with the roles he takes and then makes all his own. Some of my favorites:

- Slippery Pete in the Seinfeld episode The Frogger
- Uli Kunkel in The Big Lebowski
- The porn director in 8mm.
- Solomon Eddie in Minority Report
- Czernobog in American Gods
- Lucifer in Constantine

And of course:

- Gaear Grimsrud in Fargo

Definitely an actor I'd love to hang out with and have a few beers.

Hmm... it never occurred to me that he might be referring to an actual name of a restaurant. I always assumed it was just a broken English way of describing a restaurant that sells pancakes. But it does look like there's actually a restaurant called Pancake House that has several locations in Minnesota.

I thnk he is a great actor. The fact that he is a Swede only adds to his greatness . These days the only things I have seen him in is Bauhaus adds ( they are a big hardware store chain here) and his detective show, "Swedish Dicks" (Keanu Reeves does a bit in it as well).
