Default MB Video Game Classics: Chrono Trigger

Vote vote vote. I've never actually played Chrono Trigger but I know it's very very well received.

One of my first RPGs. The story was great, the characters were ridiculously loveable (why Crono would bother with Marle when Lucca was right there begging for the cock is beyond me), and the amazingly immersive world **** on anything Final Fantasy ever did. I still remember so much about this game after all these years and I'm still pissed my used DS crapped out after a couple weeks cause it had a port of Chrono Trigger that I'd barely gotten back into before I was robbed. Still a top five RPG and when I first played it it was the best I'd ever played by a good margin. Rightfully considered one of the best games ever.

5/5, I mean this isn’t even a question the game is in GOAT consideration and will remain there until the end of time

The cavewoman gal was cool. The rest was fun too, I guess.

I gave it a 3 since I never played, but used to enjoy watching my friend play. Don't really remember much about it to be honest.

I played it at the end of the SNES cycle, so a few years after it was released. The first time I tried it, right away I hated the Millenial Fair part, which was a total snoozefest and waste of time, so I set Chrono Trigger aside and played other games. But, I knew people were saying (even then) how much of a classic it was, so eventually I gave it a second chance and finished it out. It's a solid RPG for sure.
