Default MB Video Game Classics: Jet Set Radio Future (XBOX)

I'm doing this one specifically for the Xbox, because that's the only one I remember playing. However if you do feel that it'd be more worthwhile to expand it past Xbox, we can. But I believe the original version was on the Sega or something. Can't remember. But, this one was one of my favorite experiences as a kid. If you don't know what I'm talking about...

This was an Xbox exclusive and a sort of sequel to the previous game, which was originally a Dreamcast game.

I've played neither, despite both having had an Xbox and a Dreamcast.

I would absolutely get an original Xbox again just to play this game. I actually ended up beating it too. That felt amazing.

ah hell ya jsrf is the shit

some of the best art and music in a game. the gameplay is a gem too (and the post-story stuff is lowkey super fun). still have a working old school box and this game and it holds up

I've played through it probably 50 times. Unlocking the characters and stuff is fun and the late game is really interesting. All the maps are unique and fun and the infinity grind mechanic was such a smart move. Makes the game that much more enjoyable.

man I love playing in the skyscraper district and sewage facility (and the fortified zone at the bottom). soo many fun little spots to get into as well as being visually neat. that's kinda why I like the end game too. finding the tapes and doing the challenges is harder/more fun than the actual story mode imo

also fun fact: I think when I first joined here I was going to call myself "Zero Beat", but there was already "Zer0" so decided on ninetales

That's awesome! I love Zero Beat. A darker version of Beat was definitely necessary for this game. I also love that all the characters are unique and fun in their own way. I think my fave was Soda. He was fun to unlock and fun to play. That was the city level at night iirc.
