Just did my first expedition... lost my 7th to a guy with 2x Ledros

May have been able to win, im still screwing up some things not fully understanding how things work. A couple times I thought I was going to be able to play something and NOPE.

Agreed, it feels nuts. I think it's mostly because instead of placement matches you're starting at rock bottom.

Also agree that it takes an extremely long time to get to high ladder

So the meta is developing and some Piltover/Zaun Control decks are becoming more popular. You can run a deck full of mostly spells and then the dudes that generate Mushroom Cloud alongside Ezreal. Gameplan is to simply stall until you level up Ezreal and then you can go for some crazy OTK turns with Ezreal and cheap spells.

Really cool and exciting to see how the meta has continued to develop since the early days where it looked like Elusive was going to be dominant

i was mostly a metaslave in HS. I think im just gonna do my own thing this time around, especially since ill prolly only play a fee hours a week

Patch is hitting today and there's a bunch of nerfs/a handful of buffs, very excited to play a Vlad deck soon with Crimson Curator getting +1 HP which is huge

he's spooky but on the other hand Deny, which was often ran in those midrange SI lists, got nerfed meaning you can more reliably remove Hec with the likes of Thermo Beam or Vengeance and stuff. We'll see how the meta goes though

Swim is the only streamer ive been watching.. he explains a ton of his thoughts which i like. Watching him pilot that deck is awesome.
