Tbh I really don't know a too much about The Drones. The first song that caught my ear was Jezebel. I always thought that song came out in the late 80s. That was until I looked it up and found out that Gala Mill was released in Sep 2006. Taman Shud sound Post-Punk, but with an added fuzz bass. So their music style has slide back ten years from the late 80s to the late 70s from my pov. Personally, I like the lyric style of Jezebel over Taman Shud.

Wait Long by the River is probably my favourite of their early albums. Real raw, kick in the teeth pub rock. Great stuff.
