I don't really see a hair of difference. It's modern Nashville Sound country, just like Loretta Lynn or Dolly Parton.

Yeah but Neko Case's first album is very much that old school pop country sound that Loretta was doing in the 60s/70s. And nobody would say Loretta ain't country.
