 The Caretaker - Selected Memories from the Haunted Ballroom What if William Basinski's Disintegration Loops weren't tapes but rather memories of The Shining in a wet brain? Instead of making sure you've actually read The Shining I'm going to use this sentence to make note of the importance of READING The Exorcist.  The Exorcist and The Shining both use the music of Penderecki.  Spoiler for image:
