I think it was between the late 90's and the early 2000's.
I believe the artist was a group of girls and boys sort of like S club 7.
It has a music video and in the video there is like a dance ball or something and the artists are wearing classical Victorian dresses.
Yup that's all I can remember. It's a blur on my mind but I'm sure there is this song. I just can't remember.
