Need help. Who is this new female singer

Ok I seen this video of a lady singing this song. I Dont know any of the lyrics only watchd the video clip a few times. What i rememba about the clip the background was green, the lady was gorgeous, with black hair, I think her hair colour changes in this video, shes dancing slow, videos not too raunchy. The genre is a electro pop type. She looks very similiar to parts of Katy Perrys Roar clip. She reminds me of Katy Perry and Kimbra
Please help ive been searching the web all day looking for this song.
