looking for name/artist of a song

Heard this song on the radio at work today, but cannot find it anywhere. i've googled just about every lyric in the song with no luck...maybe someone on here can help.

late 1990s/early 2000s sounding

here are some of the lyrics:

its up beat and the tag line is "i know he's somewhere around this bar"

"im here with a friend by the band, but hes kinda shy"

"when i came over he was in the back, behind the cowboy in a ten gallon hat"

"i dont see him right now, but you dont have to look to far because he's somewhere around this bar"

It was on the in-store radio network in a grocery store/satelite, not an actual radio station.
