Help me find this song I would really like to listen again

I recently heard a fragment of a song I used to listen as a kid. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to shazam it but I would really like to listen to it again. All I can remember is that it was performed by a band and throughout the song a male voice was saying ELECTRO in a low-voiced, robotic kind of voice. I know it's a little to go from but I hope someone will be able help me. Thanks.

I really don't know, I think I used to listen to it somewhere around 2007-2008, maybe a bit later. It's all a big fuzzy memory to me. Thanks again for helping, guys.

As to what genre it is, I think it is, umm, electro something

) but it definitely had some talking in it.
