Could you help me identify the titles of these songs

1st song was a mid 1990s Hip Hop Song. The Singer was Male. On The Music Video. He was sitting in a alley watching in a window people walking by.. He had dreads & a beard & he might have wore sunglasses IIRC. The Hook of the song was Something like "Da Ba De, Da Ba De"

2nd Song i heard at a Indy Wrestling Event Several Years Ago.. The Opening Lyrics Of the song mentioned "Kool & The Gang" But the song wasn't Performed by them. The Song might have sample one of their song the rest i can't rememeber. But i belive it might have been a Hip Hop/Rock Type Song.

3nd was an Instrumental piece of music. Heard during a Cedar Point Roller Coaster Ride Simulator. It sounds very similar to "What I Like About You" By The Romantics. I've heard it before on several commercials usually during the summer. It is somewhat common.
