Have you tried Shazam, or Soundhound? The track name might even be wrong, so that may be throwing you off too, or it just might be something someone did independently, and you happen to have a copy of someone's undistributed music.

You could also create a video of it using Windows Movie Maker or similar and upload it to YouTube. It would give you a better chance of having it identified.
