Default Need Help Identifying Song From Around 1996

Hey guys.

For many years, I have been wondering what a particular song from one of my childhood holidays is called. I have never heard it since, so I'm assuming it's something obscure. I have recorded it from some old video footage from my childhood, so pleased excuse the talking here and there, and fairground noises lol The video is from 1996, I think.

I hope someone here can help identify. This song just instantly takes me back to my childhood holidays spent with family members no longer with us.

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: The song starts at around 1:15 ish, think it might be a different song at the beginning but this is not the one I'm looking for.

I kind of figured that was too easy. I mean who doesn't know that tune. The other one almost sounds like Annie Lennox. Maybe this?
