Want to remember childhood song

Unfortunately there are really few details I can remember.
I think I saw music clip on TV in ~1995-1997. The title contained the word "children", not sure if is was in the name of the song or something like "for children" or "Artist name with children".
The clip was black and white (or almost black and white). The artist was playing piano the whole time. I guess there were children listening to him.
I was searching a lot and the nearest song I found was "Rick Astley - Cry for Help" - video and and music style are a bit similar.

Can it be Robert Miles - "Children"?

There is another version of this video featuring a boy riding around in a pedalcar. That one is also black and white.

No, sry, the artist was playing piano almost the whole clip, that was the visuals.
