Song 1:

Pop or disco song, female lead (only singer), possibly in French or Italian (tape was badly damaged).

Song 2:

Latin genre (I'm not sure which). Possible Portuguese or Italian (Brazil?). It was sung before 1983.
The main singer is male, there's a chorus that sings with him.
There's a bridge where the chorus goes "Ah Ah! Eh Eh! Ih Ih! Oh Oh!" and "Oooooh Ooh Ooh Ooh".
Some of the words sounded like "el uomo moderno".
